On the 13th of each month (Feb - May), a PBF staff member will pull a report for the previous month's donations. On the 14th of the aforementioned months, player sponsorship funds will be credited to each player's account to reflect a new balance for their player fees.

An itemized report will be sent to the families who received a donation no later than the 20th of each month with a breakdown of the donations and donors.

PBF suggests that you ask in your donation request to potential donors to notify you after they complete their sponsorship on your behalf. Per the bullet point above, by the 20th of every month is when PBF will send you an itemized receipt of the amount donated as well as who donated.

10% of any player sponsorship will go towards the Power Baseball Foundation financial aid scholarship pool. The remaining amount will be allocated to a player directly.
